Glow International originated through two sole trader businesses in 2004. Seeded from a greater vision to serve and positively impact humanity, the formation of Australian based Glow International launched in 2006.

Mark Carter
Mark Carter is a global citizen privy to some of the most intriguing cultural differences between nations. Mark learned this through an amazing 10 year career in the Travel industry, starting at age 23 as a Tour Director then Industry Trainer. He later expanded this knowledge into business and sales development as a Corporate Speaker, Trainer and Coach. With experience across 30 countries, he sees cultural and generational differences reflected in today's organisations as they come to terms with the changing nature of global business and management practices.
Motivating leaders of multi national organisations, Mark combines his quick wit and core ideals of Growth, Leadership, Opportunity and Wisdom into presentations using invigorating stories that make for riveting entertainment. A person of action, Mark has a catalogue of life experiences far surpassing university; whilst he is also a qualified workplace trainer and assessor.
Mark is a visionary, creative powerhouse with an innate ability to dismantle complex business concepts into innovative, bite sized understandings and strategies. His fascination for the quirky and humorous aspects of life allows him to build relationships with his audience leaving them intrigued, inspired and provoked.
Mark lives by his key values of strength, freedom, acceptance and humour. He enjoys gym, writing, swimming at the beach, painting and drawing and is allured by new cultures and travelling.
Seeded in England, grown in Scotland, fermented in Europe and matured through several round world trips, his home is now Sydney, Australia, where he enjoys the fruits of a sunny lifestyle. Mangoes, after all, don’t grow in Edinburgh.
Natalie Phillips
Australian born, Natalie is a focused woman whose lifestyle is testament to the broad range of interests she has. The rich fabric of her diverse career involving Service, Management, Consulting and Leadership.
Her credentials include working with 5 star Hotels, Resorts and Corporate as General Manager, Events Manager, Corporate Coach and Leader. A stint with State and Local Government gave her an insight into policy formulation and management allowing her a unique perspective on decision making.
Natalie is an inspiration for those who come into contact with her. She describes her work as "igniting human potential" and takes delight in helping people reach personal success, particularly new generations of young women.
Natalie is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor and has robust qualifications including a degree and experience in Leisure Management.
In a fast paced dynamic environment, Natalie understands the value of grounding and translating business into life experiences. Her creative talent ensures insightful analogies that evoke new learning perspectives from her audiences. She is a charismatic personality and genuine communicator whose passion for life is evident in her sessions.
Natalie has a flair for the visual arts, enjoys painting, creating and is often found walking in National Parks or relaxing by the water. She keeps fit and healthy, enjoys good food, wine, exploring new cultures and socialising with friends and family.
