What is the length of your sessions?
Our sessions are typically half or full day.
The Glow Signature program is delivered as 5 x ½ days or 3 consecutive days. It is designed in bite size pieces for easy consumption and for convenience of your time.
Glow punchy programs are delivered as half or full day sessions.
Key Note Speaking is typically 30-40 minutes.
Coaching sessions are 1 hour per session.

How far ahead should I book Glow Programs or Events?
3 months or more. We suggest you plan your companies human development needs over the period of your financial plan. This will help to ensure you are able to fix bookings at your convenience and that we can provide the best service possible. Where you require planning assistance for the suitability of training; please contact our office to discuss a needs analysis.
Where does training happen?
Venues for training are your responsibility. There are advantages to off-site training, particularly to the openess of participants, however, where you have a suitable on-site venue, programs are undertaken in this location for your convenience.

Glow International is a growing and dynamic company embodying the ethics of our work. We are in a continuous state of refining and polishing to keep abreast of contemporary news and data. Our programs have fixed core elements with the flexibility to tailor materials to suit your business needs.
Who are Glow International facilitators?
Facilitators are chosen for their experience, depth, knowledge, values and ability to apply their experience. They align with Glow’s creative style and have substantial work and life experiences to apply to your needs and requirements. Facilitators are engaged in continuous learning and live and breathe sound ethics and principles. You can trust Glow facilitators are vetted thoroughly prior to coming on board.
How can I engage Glow International?

This takes form of delivery of program/s for a specific purpose.
2. Retainer services
An annual fee for an agreed number of services and times throughout the year. e.g.: 4 training sessions per year. This is particularly useful for planning your annual human development/training.

Glow has a flexible approach and will consider alternative formats where we believe it will effectively meet your needs.
What topics do you cover for key note speaking and short presentations?
Some of Key Note speaking topics are outlined in Keynote Speaking. Please contact the office to discuss your specific needs. We may be able to assist with referring you to other experts where your request is outside the boundaries of our expertise.
Key notes vary from 30-40 minutes. Longer presentations with interaction are categorised Seminars, visit the activities area for a better understanding on the structure of Glow services.
