Being born and raised in Austria gave me the opportunity to study architecture at uni and at the same time travel extensively and study abroad. Through these years I developed a passion for living close to the sea and moved to Australia in 2002.
Always interested in design, colour, aesthetics, trends and different cultures, I moved from architecture to graphic design in 1999 and have worked in a variety of different studios, positions and countries. I feel very honoured that I could assist Natalie and Mark to transport their brand “Glow International” visually. It’s a pleasure to see them using the brand widely with other associated elements. Paco Casares
Born in Melbourne, 1984, at the age of 2 my family moved to Spain. Spaniards are beings full of passion and happiness. I later moved back to Australia, Coffs Harbour, in 2003 and now reside in my birthplace. After so long I finally discover what Melbourne has to give.
Art is a universal language expressed through many mediums including music and painting, but the one I’m interested in is animation. Animation in simple terms is drawings in motion or “giving life”; my speciality is web-animation. I am undertaking further studies to increase my skills in what I love, 3D Animation. Animation is still quite immature and made primarily for children. Where I want to take animation is to a much more adult environment.
I have enjoyed working on the Thought Tank because I love how the characters turned out, this experience has allowed me to take a step closer to where I want to be now.
I love hanging out with my friends, playing tennis, gym and enjoy Playstation 2.

I've lived in Australia all my life, and met Mark in Europe in 2001. Later, Mark came to Sydney I was lucky to meet Natalie. Since then, I've been good friends with them both. Mark & Natalie. We've done some more travelling, crossing paths in Queensland and New Zealand.
Working in Information Technology for many years, I've enjoyed contributing some expertise in this area as Glow International established. Mark and Natalie have a wonderful creativity and it's great to offer them some ideas on how they can use technology to magnify the Glow brand
