Participants Guidelines

Arrival

  • Allow plenty of time to travel to your event, seminar or program.
  • Registration is open 30 minutes prior to scheduled commencement of activities. Registration times will be notified for events where groups exceed 50 people.
  • To avoid disruption to learning, Glow International has the right to refuse entry to late participants once the program has commenced. This may involve standing in the naughy corner, or outside the session, for a short duration before sneaking quietly into the back.
  • Lateness, mobile phone disruptions, excessive sledging and discretionary fines, especially for grumps or grinches, may also be imposed which will involve a lot of fun sprinkled with a little limelight.
  • Smile, laugh and get ready to have fun and be engaged.

During session

  • Glow International strive to provide a harmonious, inspiring and challenging learning environment. We reserve the right to ask any person to leave where they are disrupting the flow or progress of the program, or detracting from the experience of other participants without refund. This may involve being escorted to the semi-naughty corner for a short time or having to listen to an entire election budget transcript via headphones at 33 RPM before being allowed back into the field of play.
  • Participation is paramount!
  • Warning: Participation of a Glow International event may be addictive and withdrawal symptons have occasionally been recorded. Side effects during a session include the perception of days passing quickly and high levels of engagement.
  • Smile, laugh, be inspired or simply have fun.

Training at other locations

  • Where bookings are made at a customer’s premise or other location, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate space, equipment and catering unless otherwise agreed.
  • Regardless where training occurs, the idea is to have fun and take away some learnings which will positivelyl impact your role and life.
